Yeni Rent Car Terms and Conditions

Minimum and Maximum Rental Duration

• The minimum rental period is 3 days and the maximum is 30 days.

Extension of Rental Period

• If you wish to extend your rental period, please notify us 48 hours before the end of the contract and pay the extension fee. Otherwise, your rental fee will be calculated based on the daily dollar rate plus an additional surcharge.

• (Failure to notify and pay will be considered termination of the contract and the vehicle must be returned to the company.)

Transfer Fees

• The transfer fee for delivery to the new airport is 1500 TL and to Sabiha Gokcen Airport is 2000 TL.

• (For delivery to a location in the European side of Istanbul up to Beylikdüzü, the fee is 1000 TL.)

• (For delivery to a location in the Asian side of Istanbul up to Pendik, the fee is 1500 TL.)

Security Deposit

• The security deposit for cars is 5000 TL; This amount includes road tolls, bridge tolls, fines, and excess mileage. The deposit will be calculated after 25 days from the end of the contract and the remaining amount will be refunded to your account.

Mileage Allowance

• Your daily mileage allowance is 100 kilometers. Any excess mileage will be charged separately based on the contract period.

Fuel Policy

• The vehicle will be delivered to you with a specified amount of fuel. At the end of the contract, the vehicle must be returned with the same amount of fuel as when it was delivered.

In Case of Accidents or Problems

• Please notify us immediately in case of any problems, including accidents. We will do our best to assist you as soon as possible. Otherwise, the company will not accept any responsibility and all costs associated with the accident or other incidents will be borne by you. (The vehicle’s undercarriage is not covered by insurance.)

• In case of an accident, remain calm and gather the following necessary documents:

  1. Police report (Tutanaak)

  2. Alcohol test

  3. Photos of the personal documents of the person involved in the accident (including: front and back photos of the ID and driver’s license of the person, photos of the registration card of the person’s vehicle, obtaining the insurance number (Polisçe Numarası) of the person, and obtaining a phone number from the documents)

  (Failure to provide any of the above documents will result in you being responsible for all accident costs.)

Traveling Outside Istanbul

• If you intend to leave the city of Istanbul, please be aware that the company does not take any responsibility for any incidents that may occur with the vehicle or accidents. All costs will be borne by the renter.
